Growth-minded leaders often find themselves doing all the right things in marketing and still not getting the results they expected.

Usually the problem isn't the execution. It's what's underneath it. I find what's missing in the foundation and build the platform for sustainable growth.

My approach is always the same: research first, ask the hard questions, synthesize what I find, and build a foundation you can act on. I don't recommend before I understand, and I tell you what I see, not what's easiest to say.

Most people call me when something changes.

  • A key person leaves and the marketing knowledge walks out with them.

  • A new leader arrives and asks for the strategy, and there isn't a clean answer.

  • A big project starts and exposes how much of the marketing foundation was never built.

  • The team is stretched past what it can carry.

  • Your business has changed, and your marketing still describes the old one.

The moment is different every time. What's underneath it usually isn't.

Does this sound familiar?

  • Your messaging says something slightly different on every platform, and your customers and clients feel the inconsistency even if they can't name it.

  • Your advertising budget is targeting demographics instead of motivations, and the growth needle isn't moving.

  • Your last brand refresh produced a logo and a color palette but no actual positioning.

These aren't execution problems. The foundation underneath the marketing was never solid to begin with. That's exactly what our work together will address.

Each service below is designed to meet you where you are: starting with understanding your audience, building your brand foundation, and translating both into messaging that works. If you're not sure where to start, the Marketing Assessment exists for exactly that moment.

She integrated seamlessly into the agency during a time of need and supported us on two key projects for a tourism client: audience segmentation and international marketing. It was a joy partnering with her and we highly recommend her for your marketing needs."

  • “Rita was instrumental in Chicago's remarkable achievement of being named the Best Big City in the U.S. by Condé Nast Traveler readers for seven consecutive years (2017–2023). She revitalized a previously narrow and limited brand into an award-winning image-rich brand with sophistication and variety but more importantly, strategically targeted. This resulted in record occupancy and average daily rate performance. Rita's leadership and mentorship cultivated a talented team, and she managed complex city and state politics with grace. These experiences have enriched her wisdom and paved the way for her entrepreneurial journey, where she now helps transform organizations with her passion for marketing grounded in research and engagement.”
